This beach was just as lovely as China Beach, there were more people but still not really very many. Things are not quite as flash but that is kinda nice. The water was not cold but not warm, enough to make you refreshed, we sat on the beach people watching and when we turned around to go we found the same taxi driver waiting for us. Obviously we didn't look like we were planning to stay the day.
Back at the hotel we enjoyed the pool for a bit then set off for fittings at the tailors. Once again I felt like a move star, this time Barbara needed to take me upstairs to the tailor so I could check on Dillon's suits. Upstairs was sweltering. Mainly men were at cutting tables, sewing machines and pinning things on manniquins. Most of them had their shirts off. On the table next to where I was standing were 2 young men fast asleep, and at another table a man was working and on the shelf underneath the table a woman was sleeping. I had to return again at 4pm for some adjustments so we wandered down to the river to a restaurant that had been recommended to us Morning Glory, again the food was outstanding.
After my 4pm fitting I was told that I will need to come back again at 9pm, Lance was not happy as he was hot and tired. So here we are in our air conditioned room and I will wander back to town, which is only 5 minutes away, at 9pm. Tomorrow we leave at 5am for Ho Chi Minh City or Saigon as it is also known.
I can't remember if I mentioned this before, but when we were at the markets in the mountain a lady patted Lance's tummy and said Buddha.
